This research is about how to use cognitive science and cultural pedagogy together in English language teaching to make learning environments that are fair, welcoming, and good for the learner’s brain. This paper discusses the changes that occur over time in cognitive activities such as attention, memory, and metacognition. It also explains how these changes are influenced by a learner's culture and language. It includes basic theory, empirical research, and useful teaching methods that are meant to help people learn English. The primary objective of the integrative framework is to give educators and policymakers appropriate methods to help students do well academically while also acknowledging their cultures at the same time.
