Author Guidelines
Naveen International Journal of Research in Education (NIJRE) will only accept manuscripts submitted as e-mail attachments (editor@nijre.com) or by Online Submission link. The submitted paper should be preferably in NIJRE Paper Template. This will ensure fast processing and publication.
Criteria for Manuscript:
- Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism, ensuring originality with no prior publication.
- The writing must be clear, concise, and unambiguous.
- Data presented must be valid and reliable, with appropriate research methodology.
- Authors' discussions and conclusions must be well-founded and substantiated.
- The information provided should be relevant and compelling within the educational research field.
- No AI-Generated Content: Manuscripts that are substantially or entirely generated by artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Bard, or similar AI writing assistants) will not be accepted. All submitted work must represent original human scholarship and intellectual contribution. Authors must certify that their manuscript is not AI-generated content.
Preparation of Manuscripts:
As part of the submission process, authors must ensure that their manuscript complies with the following guidelines. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in delays in the publication process.
Manuscript Format:
The manuscript should be written in English or Hindi using MS-Word (doc or docx format) and must adhere to the Naveen International Journal of Research in Education (NIJRE) paper template available here.
Manuscript Structure:
- Title: Clearly indicate the title of the manuscript reflecting the educational research focus.
- Abstract: Provide a concise summary of the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions (200-250 words).
- Keywords: List 4-6 keywords that accurately represent the content of the manuscript related to education.
- Introduction: Present the background, rationale, and objectives of the educational study.
- Materials & Methods: Describe the research design, participants, instruments, and methods employed in the educational research.
- Results & Discussion: Present the findings and discuss their implications for educational theory and practice.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main outcomes, significance of the research, and recommendations for future educational research or practice.
- References: List all sources cited in the manuscript according to the specified format (APA/MLA as per template).
Review and Publication Process:
- All manuscripts undergo rigorous review by at least two editorial board members with expertise in educational research.
- Manuscripts will be screened for AI-generated content. Papers found to be AI-generated will be rejected immediately.
- Authors will receive acceptance or rejection notifications via email within 2-7 days of submission.
- Upon acceptance, authors must submit the following documents to editor@nijre.com:
- Copyright agreement form (download here) signed by the author.
- Undertaking by author form (download here) signed by the author, including declaration that the manuscript is not AI-generated.
- Payment proof of nominal publication fees.
- Accepted papers will be published within 2-5 days after receipt of all necessary documents.
Privacy Statement:
Information provided (names and email addresses) will be used exclusively for journal purposes and will not be shared with any other party.

Academic Integrity Policy:
NIJRE is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. All submissions must be original work produced by human authors. The use of AI tools to generate manuscript content is strictly prohibited. Authors must certify upon submission that their work is not AI-generated and represents their own intellectual effort and scholarly contribution.
