Abstract

The research paper conducts an extensive comparative analysis to study how different college environments affect the academic performance and adjustment abilities of teaching trainees. The study analyzed 300 teaching trainees from three distinct college environments: urban, rural, and semi-urban settings. The research used standardized assessment tools and statistical analysis to study how different environmental factors affect academic performance and student adjustment which includes social and emotional and academic adaptation. The research demonstrates that different college environments produce different results, with semi-urban colleges achieving better academic performance and student adjustment scores. The study employed a quantitative research design with purposive sampling and utilized ANOVA and correlation analysis to examine the relationships. The results demonstrate that college environment establishes the main factors which determine how teaching trainees achieve success through their infrastructure and resources and community integration. The research provides valuable insights for educational policymakers and institutional administrators in optimizing learning environments for teacher education programs.
